We start with a complimentary consultation to learn who you are, what kinds of parties you love and the overall feel of the event you’re after. Then, we work to bring your vision to life. We love figuring out the perfect tone, the most imaginative way to express your personal style. Every accent—from table linens, to place cards, to floral arrangements—is unique to you and your story. And we’ll work closely to create a cohesive look that’s organic, stylish without being stuffy, elegant without being overdone and, above all, perfectly “you.”
Services include: theme/color consultation (menu and drink consultation also available upon request), layout, design element research, unique event craft creation, centerpieces, seating cards, sign-ins, parting favors. We also coordinate services with any necessary vendors and tackle complete set up and tear down.
You’ve been brainstorming and planning all of the details of your special event for months—why not enjoy it? Our “day-of” coordination service puts all the day-of activities in the hands of LH Event Design professionals, so you can relax, celebrate and enjoy.
We’ll stay in touch with you and your vendors throughout the final preparation stages—via email, text and phone—to ensure your event runs smoothly and to your desired specifications. We’ll handle and oversee any last-minute updates and changes and see to it that they are properly executed. On the day of the event, LH Event Design is the first to arrive and the last to leave. We’re on-site to oversee all event details and set-up, including any items and/or décor pieces that you are handling yourself. We start by drafting a timeline of events to avoid surprises, then coordinate and oversee the event itself, make final payments and/or handle tips to any necessary vendors, oversee clean up and pack any décor items you wish to take home.
Not quite ready to hire a full-fledged event designer, but still need a little help knowing where and how to start? We can help! Our hourly consultation service is the perfect middle ground. We’ll meet with you to create a color palette and style board to help bring your ideas to life. Should you decide to work more closely with our team, your consultations will be credited toward your total package price.
